Elements of effective meeting with positive outcome ----
1. Quality in Conversation Turn Taking (QCTT)
Set the rules for the meeting. Google created rules for how to communicate.
Quality in Conversation Turn Taking --- People communicate better because there is rule
2. Psychological Safety (PS)
- Feeling that you can speak if you want. How to create safe environment ? Replicate meeting environment of real world to virtual.
Give some task to do to engage attendees and set the tone of meeting
If its first meeting, set rules
Poll the room constantly
These create Psychological Safety among members.
Have mini meetings within meeting
